TSAMTO, June 7. On June 7, a conference call with the leadership of the Armed Forces was held at the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation under the leadership of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Army General Sergei Shoigu.

...Continuing the meeting, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu noted that the summer training period that began on June 1 was preceded by a lot of preparatory work.
"More than 9 thousand events have been held, including training camps of various levels, instructor-methodical and ostentatious exercises, as well as repair and modernization of the educational and material base," he said.
"During the summer training period, we will pay special attention to new ways of conducting combat operations, taking into account the experience of special military operations and other armed conflicts, army tactical shooting and first aid on the battlefield," the minister said.
According to him, "practical classes will be held at permanent deployment points and at landfills with the maximum workload of the educational and material base."
The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the preparations for the Navy Day, as well as the Main Naval Parade in St. Petersburg on July 31.
He noted that naval parades will be held at the bases of all fleets and flotillas, as well as in the port of Tartus, in the Mediterranean Sea.
"In total, up to 200 warships of various classes, about 80 aircraft, more than 100 units will be involved. military equipment and about 15 thousand military personnel and civilian specialists," Shoigu said.
47 warships, boats and submarines will take part in the Main Naval Parade, which will be held in St. Petersburg on July 31.

During the conference call, S. Shoigu proposed to discuss the state of aviation safety, as well as accidents involving vehicles of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Speaking about the state of accidents involving vehicles of the Armed Forces, he noted that "over the past four years we have not had accidents due to malfunction of automotive military equipment."
According to the minister, together with the military administration bodies, 1,700 classes with personnel were held, and the all-army action "For Road Safety".
Speaking about the control of the operation of vehicles in the places of a special military operation, S. Shoigu said that the military traffic police escorted more than 5 thousand military convoys with military and special equipment, as well as about 300 convoys with humanitarian supplies for residents of liberated cities of Ukraine.
At today's meeting, he said, the proposals of the Main Directorate of the Military Police on the prevention of accidents on the roads with the participation of military drivers will be considered.
