London. June 2. INTERFAX - The Canadian military accused the Chinese Air Force of repeated cases of dangerous rapprochement with the Canadian CP-140 aircraft, which monitored possible violations of UN Security Council sanctions against the DPRK, the CBC reported on Thursday.
"The aircraft of the People's Liberation Army of China did not adhere to international air safety standards. These unprofessional actions put employees of the Royal Canadian Air Force at risk," the CBC reports, citing a statement from the Canadian military.
According to them, the incidents took place from April 26 to May 26, when a Chinese plane was approaching a Canadian CP-140. As a result, the CP-140 crew had to quickly change the flight path several times to avoid a possible collision.
Also, the Canadian military said that such incidents are becoming more frequent.
