The Indian Defense Ministry reports that 220 Navy officers, ranging from lieutenants to senior commanders, with their families will be able to get housing in a 62-storey comfortable skyscraper. This project is designed to solve two tasks at once. Firstly, to provide family servicemen with housing. Secondly, to organize a permanent stay of naval officers in the immediate vicinity of the naval base.
According to the project, there are 4 three-room apartments on each floor of the building, each with a maid's room. In addition, the facility includes a two-level lobby with a waiting area, high-speed elevators with enhanced safety characteristics, a modern fire extinguishing system and parking for 252 cars.
