The XV International Helicopter Industry Exhibition HeliRussia 2022 was held from May 19 to 21, 2022 in Moscow at the Crocus Expo Exhibition Center. Over the years of its existence, the exhibition has grown to the status of the largest industry event in Europe and Central Asia, demonstrating the full range of products and services of the helicopter industry. Part of the exposition is occupied by systems of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of helicopter or vertically taking off type. An overview of the data of unmanned systems from the HeliRussia 2022 exhibition was kindly provided to us Denis Fedutinov.
The SH-750 unmanned helicopter presented at the stand of the Moscow company Aeromax is the debutant of the HeliRussia 2022 exhibition. The new model is designed for the implementation of cargo delivery projects, but the possibility of installing various equipment on board makes it multifunctional. The UAV, like other drones of the company, is made according to the classic single-screw scheme with a tail rotor. The maximum take-off weight is 700 kg, including up to 300 kg of payload. The UAV can perform flights lasting up to 5 hours. The device is equipped with an anti-icing system, which allows it to be used in areas with difficult climatic conditions. According to Aeromax CEO Sergey Akhmetshin, quoted by TASS, the complex is already ready to work (With) Denis Fedutinov
Another novelty from Aeromax is the model of a promising 3-ton UAV SH-3000. Anticipating the demand of the market, the company began the development of this device with an increased load capacity reaching 1000 kg, on an initiative basis. The drone can stay in the air for up to 6 hours. According to the developer company, the improved take-off and landing characteristics will allow it to be used both in the conditions of the existing infrastructure of manned aviation, and on complex and unprepared sites. The design of the UAV allows for the placement on board not only the transport module, but also various surveillance equipment. (C) Denis Fedutinov
The already well-known model SH-450 of the same company Aeromax. An unmanned helicopter with a maximum take-off weight of 450 kg can be used for cargo delivery, inspections of infrastructure (including energy transport) facilities, environmental monitoring, etc. Various equipment can be installed on board, including an optoelectronic surveillance system, radar, transport module, fire module, etc. The maximum flight duration reaches 6 hours. It was reported that SH-450 can be used, including in the framework of an experimental legal regime for the operation of UAS. The company has officially entered the list of companies-developers and operators of unmanned systems approved for the implementation of this program in the Tomsk Region, Kamchatka Krai, Chukotka, Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Districts. The UAV of the BAS-200 helicopter type, first shown at MAKS-2021, was demonstrated by Russian Helicopters and at HeliRussia 2022. The device is built according to the classical single-screw scheme with a steering screw. The maximum take-off weight of the drone is 200 kg. According to the holding, the UAV can perform flights lasting up to 4 hours, while carrying a payload weighing up to 50 kg. The range of the drone can reach 100 km. In February of this year, the production of three prototypes of the BAS-200 was completed. On May 19, Russian Helicopters announced that they had started certification flight tests of the complex on the basis of the NCV Miles and Kamov, which involve conducting about 90 flights. The type certificate is expected to be received as early as 2022. Further development of the system is planned on the basis of the aviation cluster in Kumertau with the creation of a complete technological chain for the production of UAS. (C) Denis Fedutinov

The model is a demonstrator of the Aeromedic UAV technology of the vertical take-off and landing aircraft type from the resident of Skolkovo, the Nizhny Novgorod company Clevercopter. In the future, we are talking about the creation of an unmanned cargo aircraft platform capable of transporting loads weighing up to 130 kg (up to 250 kg in the version without vertical take-off and landing) at a range of up to 650 km. The power plant is an internal combustion engine and 8 paired electric motors. The developers expect to achieve the level of readiness of the product for delivery in 2025 (C) Denis Fedutinov
The hybrid mobile unmanned complex Sea Drone MG of the company "Aerial Survey" (CER) is designed for conducting aerial surveillance in all climatic zones, solving geodetic and cartographic tasks in the open sea and coastal areas, scientific research, geological exploration, emergency monitoring, environmental monitoring, etc. The unmanned vehicle is a quadcopter with a maximum take-off weight 23 kg carries up to 5 kg of payload. The device operates both from a battery and on a gasoline (AI-92/95) four-stroke engine, which provides up to 4 hours of flight at a range of up to 250 km. The onboard payload is located in a sealed enclosure made according to the IP-67 standard, which allows short-term immersion in water to a depth of 1 m, as well as operation in difficult conditions, including in the open sea. The UAV's power capacity is sufficient to combat wind gusts up to 15 m/s. (S) Denis Fedutinov
The Prometheus UAV was presented at the stand of the St. Petersburg company Aerodyne Tech. The company describes the product as "a high-payload and long-range drone with a hybrid powerplant." The UAV can perform flights lasting up to 3 hours with a load of up to 15-20 kg. (C) Denis Fedutinov
Another uDrone "Pegasus" drone from the company Aerodyne Tech. The unmanned vehicle, a hexacopter with a maximum take-off weight of 23 kg, is referred to by the developers as a "universal industrial platform" and is characterized by a modular configuration, which means that it is possible to vary the payload mass and flight duration values for the tasks required by the operator. In general, the device is capable of carrying from 1 to 7 kg of payload, and the duration of the drone's stay in the air can reach 1 hour. The required characteristics are provided, among other things, by hanging additional batteries. (C) Denis Fedutinov
