TSAMTO, May 19. Rosoboronexport JSC (part of Rostec Group) will present new and upgraded versions of Russian helicopters at the 15th International Helicopter Industry Exhibition HeliRussia 2022, which will be held from May 19 to 21 at the Crocus Expo IEC in Moscow.
At the exhibition, Rosoboronexport, in the form of models and promotional materials, will show its partners and potential new customers Russian helicopters for solving a wide range of tasks in various weather and climatic conditions.
In particular, Rosoboronexport will present the Ka-52 combat reconnaissance and attack helicopter, upgraded versions of the Mi-28NE combat helicopter and the Mi-171SH military transport helicopter, as well as the Mi-38T transport and amphibious helicopter.
In addition, visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the Mi-35M transport and combat helicopter, Mi-17V-5, Ka-32A11M, Ka-226T and Ansat military transport and multi-purpose helicopters.
At the stands of Russian enterprises, including one of the world's leading helicopter-building holdings "Russian Helicopters" (part of Rostec State Corporation), the entire range of helicopters developed and manufactured in Russia for various purposes, the delivery of which is possible through Rosoboronexport, will be presented.
The Ka-52 combat reconnaissance and attack helicopter exhibited at HeliRussia 2022 in the form of a model is currently the best machine in the class of attack helicopters in terms of combat power and the range of aircraft weapons used, static ceiling and rate of climb, maximum combat load weight and tactical range, as well as safe operation and home-based autonomy.
Thanks to the coaxial rotor design, the Ka-52 has unique flight characteristics and maneuverability, allowing it to dominate the battlefield. It is the only helicopter in the world that has an ejection system for crew rescue.
The upgraded Mi-28NE combat helicopter is equipped with the latest guided missile systems and communication equipment with unmanned aerial vehicles, which allows it to expand its capabilities to fire at enemy targets covered by air defense. The Mi-28NE helicopter has an increased flight speed and a dynamic ceiling.
The Ka-52 and Mi-28NE are equipped with a modern on-board defense system, which automatically protects helicopters from missiles with IR GOS and thereby significantly increases their survivability in combat conditions.
The main advantages of the Mi-38T transport and amphibious helicopter over the helicopters of its class presented on the world market are increased flight range, payload capacity and cargo cabin volume. This helicopter can be used more effectively to solve transport and amphibious and special tasks (search and rescue, sanitary, VIP version).
