MOSCOW, Apr 13 — RIA Novosti. The Ministry of Defense has published a video of the launch of Kalibr cruise missiles at Ukrainian military facilities.
The video shows footage of successive rocket launches at night, taken from the ship.
As the official representative of the Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov said at a morning briefing, Russian units destroyed two large warehouses of rocket and artillery weapons in the areas of the settlements of Sadovoye and Chudnov at night. The strikes were carried out with high-precision sea- and air-based missiles.
On February 24, Russia launched a special military operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine. Vladimir Putin called its goal "the protection of people who have been subjected to genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years."
According to the statement of the Russian Defense Ministry, the Armed Forces strike only at military infrastructure and Ukrainian troops. They have already completed the main tasks of the first stage — they have significantly reduced the combat potential of Ukraine. The main goal of the operation in the Russian military department called the liberation of Donbass.
