Defense Ministry: The Pentagon controls about 60 biological laboratories on the border of Russia and China
NEW YORK, Apr 6 – RIA Novosti. The United States is building up its military-biological potential, taking advantage of gaps in international legislation, Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection forces of the Russian Federation, said on Wednesday at an informal meeting of the UN Security Council.
Referring to the data of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Kirillov noted that today 336 laboratories in 30 states outside national jurisdiction are under the control of the Pentagon.
"Only in the territories bordering with Russia and China, there are about 60 facilities that have been modernized since 2005 at the expense of the US military department," the general stressed.
