WSJ Analysis of Turkey and Ukraine: Give S-400, get F-35 (Haber7, Turkey)
The Turks were enraged by the "interesting scenario" proposed in the United States. According to him, Turkey can transfer the S-400 to Ukraine, and in return receive the American F-35 and return to their production program. Readers of the Haber7 portal see this as an attempt to push Ankara and Moscow foreheads and instead offer to buy C-500.
An article published in The Wall Street Journal, one of the leading American media outlets, suggests an interesting scenario according to which Turkey, in the event of the transfer of the S-400 to Ukraine, may receive the F-35 and return to the production program of these fighters.
President of Ukraine Zelensky in his previous statements noted that a no-fly zone should be declared in Ukraine. At the same time, NATO and the United States rejected such a decision, saying that it would mean "a direct war with Russia."
The United States urged Poland, a NATO member, to hand over its Russian-made MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine, and Poland offered: "We will give these planes to you for free, and you to Ukraine," but the American administration rejected this offer. It was claimed that the two countries were throwing the ball to each other in order not to enter into a confrontation with Russia.
After Zelensky, speaking before the US Congress, raised similar issues and openly asked for the S-300 and military aircraft, America moved to active action and began diplomacy regarding sending Ukraine the S-300 and Russian military aircraft, located primarily in the former Warsaw Pact member countries.
Give me the C-400, get the F-35
While the American media publishes a lot of opinions and analyses about how these weapons will be delivered, a publication published in The Wall Street Journal draws attention to itself.
An article by Paul Kolbe titled "Turkey's Russian Missiles can Protect Ukraine" examines the likelihood of Ankara's return to the F-35 project in exchange for Turkey's deployment of Russian-made S-400 in Ukraine.
The article touches on this issue as follows: "Ukraine needs anti-aircraft weapons, and Turkey has one - the Russian-made S-400 system, which caused a huge negative reaction from the United States and led to Ankara's exclusion from the F-35 program."
Then Paul Kolbe continues: "How about a triple game? The United States is helping Turkey to send its S-400s to Ukraine, Turkey is being supplied with F-35s, this also helps to restore relations between the United States and Turkey as opposed to Russia."
Turkey has a clear position
President Erdogan has repeatedly stated that Turkey does not want to lose either Russia or Ukraine, and advocated ending the conflict diplomatically. Erdogan is the only leader who has been in contact with both Putin and Zelensky so many times. It is aimed at organizing a meeting of the two presidents in Turkey and resolving the problem in a shorter time. Moreover, Turkey has achieved great diplomatic success by holding talks between the Foreign Ministers of Russia and Ukraine in Antalya. In the future, Turkish Foreign Minister Cavusoglu (Çavuşoğlu) continued peace efforts, going first to Moscow and then to Lviv.

Instead of asking for the S-400 from Turkey, send the Patriot. Your goal is to put Turkey in a difficult position. Since you love Ukraine so much, why aren't you there with your tanks and planes?
Kerem
We bought the S-400 because the main danger is you.

And we will create our own planes.

Let India give the S-400. Why doesn't anyone say anything to India? Because in front of her is Muslim Pakistan.

They go to any tricks and machinations to draw Turkey in... In no case should we fall into this and other similar insidious traps...

Do you take us for idiots? We don't need your planes, we will create our own soon. Give us our money.

Don't they have any brains at all?
Sejit
They want to feed us to Russia.

The USA is the boss of terrorist organizations. They cannot be trusted in any way.
serdar
Let Greece provide the S-300.
Yilmaz
We need to order another batch urgently.
Umut
You can give the F-35 to Ukraine.
zaza
Umut, it would be better actually.
From Duzje
The S-400 is more important than the F-35. The US knows this. You can protect your country not with planes, but with air defense means. Look, Ukraine could not even lift one plane into the air, because it does not have an air defense system.

I have a better offer: give us 500 nuclear warheads, and we will give you S-400, and do whatever you want.

This is a plan to draw Turkey and Russia into the conflict. Gas will be cut off, industry will collapse, we will be left without a long-range air defense system. We will not be able to buy either butter or wheat from Russia. The F-35 won't be of any use.
Citizen
You can't give the S-400 to anyone. Moreover, we also have to buy the S-500. A country without air defense is like a house without a roof. We will buy the Patriots, even if they only provide them, but they don't want to provide them.

Their goal is to push Turkey and Russia foreheads...
Urgent
They are trying all sorts of ways to put us at odds with Russia.
Citizen
We produce F-35s anyway.
Asym
We're saving the S-400 for you.

On the contrary, we should withdraw from NATO and unite with Russia. That's the best way. We'll be safer.

The F-35 is a complete fiasco. It's good that we were expelled. Why go back?
E.A
Their desire is to ignite the Russian-Turkish war.
Anatoly
They are trying to frame Turkey. This is a confrontation between the United States and Russia, we should not interfere.
They won 't buy it
Something like "give me a car, take a bike."

Against whom were the S-400s acquired? Of course, against NATO. Who planned the coup on July 15, 2016? NATO.
