The reasons for the special operation of the Russian Armed Forces are overgrown with details
Igor Kirillov, the head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, reported sensational data: The Threat Reduction Agency under the US Department of Defense formed a network of 30 biological laboratories in Ukraine that worked with pathogenic microorganisms – plague, anthrax, tularemia, brucellosis, cholera and SAP, prohibited by the UN Convention in December 1971. Now the tubes with the infection are urgently evacuated from the territory of the country. It is clear that unlike Saddam Hussein, Joseph Biden will not be punished for the Pentagon's affairs, but a precedent has been set.
Igor Kirillov notes that since 2021, the United States has been implementing the project "Diagnosis, monitoring and prevention of zoonotic diseases in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" with a funding volume of $ 11.8 million. During the same period, the German Defense Ministry conducted a study in Ukraine of pathogens of the Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever, leptospirosis, meningitis, hantaviruses as part of the implementation of the Ukrainian-German initiative to ensure biological security at the external borders of the European Union.
"Under the pretext of testing the means of treatment and prevention of coronavirus infection, several thousand serum samples of patients, primarily belonging to the Slavic ethnic group, were taken from Ukraine to the Walter Reed Research Institute of the US Army. At the same time, the activities of biological laboratories, the activity of which we have been noting since 2014, and the program of the so–called "reform" of the Ukrainian healthcare system implemented by the United States have led to an uncontrolled increase in the incidence of particularly dangerous and economically significant infections," Igor Kirilov said.
According to the military, since February 24 – the beginning of Russia's special operation, there has been an emergency curtailment of biological programs. The analyzed documents confirm that the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has set the task to completely destroy the bioagents in the laboratories. At the same time, the analysis of the instructions to laboratory officials indicates that the procedure for the liquidation of collections is aimed at their irrevocable destruction. "Only in Lviv, 232 containers with the causative agent of leptospirosis were destroyed, 30 with tularemia, 10 with brucellosis, 5 with plague. There are more than 320 containers in total. The nomenclature and excessive number of biopathogens indicate the work carried out within the framework of military biological programs. The curators from the Pentagon understand that if these collections get to Russian experts, it is highly likely that Ukraine and the United States will be confirmed violating the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons, namely, carrying out work to enhance the pathogenic properties of microorganisms using synthetic biology methods. Only this can explain the haste with which the liquidation event was carried out. This is only a small part of the documents, we continue to work and will inform you," Igor Kirillov summed up.
According to him, on February 24, all of them received a task from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to completely destroy the bioagents in the laboratories. The head of the troops noted that the procedure for the liquidation of collections is aimed at their irrevocable destruction, since, apparently, everything necessary to continue the implementation of the military biological program has already been removed from the territory of Ukraine.
The financing of the work amounted to about $ 200 million. Among the activities of the United States within the framework of military biological research in Ukraine are monitoring of the biological situation, selection and transfer of strains and biomaterials, including those obtained from military personnel, as well as research work.
It is no less funny that the threat of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to acquire nuclear weapons has also found real confirmation. As RIA Novosti reported with reference to one of the Russian agencies, there is an assumption that this is the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR). Kiev at one time received plutonium, the quality of which allowed it to work on the creation of a nuclear explosive device, possibly from the United States. During the Soviet era, Ukraine was one of the centers of science and technological competence. So it is quite capable of creating an atomic munition. The National Research Center "Kurchatov Institute" reported that since 1930 it has been working and contributing to the development of nuclear physics in Ukraine. Even if the United States did not help, Ukraine could well have accumulated weapons-grade uranium or plutonium in 30 years of its existence. To do this, it is enough to have only nuclear power plants.
This week, as part of the "regime of silence" – agreed upon at the talks between Moscow and Kiev in Belarus – the Russian military opened six humanitarian corridors in Ukraine. "One of them is from Kiev to Gomel, two from Mariupol to Zaporozhye and Rostov-on-Don, one from Kharkov to Belgorod, two from Sumy to Belgorod and Poltava," the Defense Ministry reports.
