PARIS, February 28. /tass/. The European Space Agency (ESA) is studying the possibility of using European rockets to launch satellites into orbit, which were planned to be launched on Russian Soyuz rockets. This is stated in the agency's statement published on Monday.
"For each European payload under our responsibility, we will explore the possibility of providing launch services, in particular based on systems currently in operation and future Vega C and Ariane 6 launch vehicles," the statement said.
Earlier, Roscosmos CEO Dmitry Rogozin said that the state corporation, in response to EU sanctions, suspends cooperation with European partners in organizing launches from the Kourou cosmodrome in French Guiana.
