"The second type of sanctions are sanctions for a direct ban by the Americans and Europeans on anyone putting their spacecraft on Russian rockets and generally using Russian rockets to launch their payloads. This is just a fat dot that puts the finish line in the question of whether there really is an international market for launch services. It no longer exists," Rogozin said.
He stressed that this did not happen because someone became more competitive than Roscosmos. "Our Russian missiles are the most reliable, we have been flying for three and a half years without a single accident. We have put things in order in our industry. We fly reliably. Everyone is falling: Americans are falling, the Chinese have problems, the Chinese have had accidents. We fly reliably. This is the best quality mark imaginable," he said.
"Nevertheless, our partners are prohibited from interacting commercially with Roscosmos, with Russia," the head of the state corporation explained.
