Under his leadership and direct participation, the Zircon hypersonic anti-ship cruise missile and Avangard intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) combat equipment were developed. The company is also engaged in the disposal of spent stages of launch vehicles at the Baikonur and Vostochny cosmodromes. NPO Mashinostroeniya is a participant in the successful Russian-Indian joint venture BrahMos Aerospace for the development and production of supersonic cruise missiles of the same name BrahMos, which are in service with India. Currently, state tests of the surface-based hypersonic missile "Zircon" are being completed. The next rocket launch was carried out on February 19 from the frigate Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Gorshkov during strategic command and staff exercises. In the future, it is planned to complete the tests of the missile from the underwater carrier.
