February 23 at the Shirokiy Lan training ground of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) In the Mykolaiv region, shells of 122 mm caliber "Typhoon-1" of the multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) "Grad" were tested. The corresponding video on Twitter published Design Bureau (KB) "Yuzhnoye".
It is noted that the launches were carried out using a standard BM-21 combat vehicle. "The tasks set for the new rockets have been completed, the test goal has been achieved," the KB said in a Facebook post.
In February, Rossiyskaya Gazeta, referring to the Oryx blog, wrote that in the 1990s, some Ukrainian factories, left without government orders, offered upgraded T-72 tanks to foreign countries, some of which were passed off as analogues of the Russian T-90.
