Novikombank, the main bank of Rostec State Corporation, is a financial partner of the program for the creation of a new generation passenger aircraft MS-21. The organization lends a number of enterprises of the State Corporation - participants in cooperation on the implementation of the project. The bank also provides support to the main contractor – Irkut Corporation, which in December 2021 received a type certificate for the MS-21-300, confirming the compliance of the aircraft with the requirements for civil aviation equipment.
Novikombank also supports state programs for the production of civilian products of the United Engine Corporation. In particular, the bank concluded an agreement with the enterprise of the corporation JSC "UEC-Perm Motors" in the amount of 5 billion rubles. The financing is aimed at the serial production of a promising PD-14 civil turbojet engine intended for installation on Russian MS-21-310 aircraft. The liner with the new Russian PD-14 engine is currently undergoing flight tests.
