Moscow. February 18. INTERFAX - Pilots of the Russian Erebuni aviation military base and calculations of anti-aircraft units of the Air defense (air defense) military base of the Southern Military District (SE) in Armenia completed training tasks together with servicemen of duty shifts of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, the press service of the SE reports.
"During the exercises, actions were worked out to detect and intercept conditional air targets simulating intruders of airspace," the report says.
It is noted that the military personnel of the air defense units have worked out actions while on combat duty to protect the airspace. Training flights of duty shifts were carried out at altitudes from 50 to 6 thousand meters at various speeds with identification systems turned off.
