On February 15, the RSPM hosted a working meeting for managers and specialists of metal trading companies "The practice of law enforcement of the norms of Federal Law No. 275-FZ dated December 29, 2012 "On the State Defense Order", dedicated to topical aspects of work within the framework of the State Defense Order.
The event was attended by managers and specialists of metal trading companies. Among them: A-GROUP, Al Prof, Ariel Metal, Galaxy, Hephaestus, GC Sofia, Cathode Protection, KTZ, MTK, GF Profile, Sanesta-Metal, TD MMK, Soyuzcomplast, UralSibMet, etc.
The meeting was held by representatives of the Expert-Analytical Center for Pricing in the Defense Industry Elena Goncharuk and Elena Davydova.
The program of the working meeting included the following topics:
- banking and treasury support of payments under the State budget;
- a new concept of pricing for products supplied under the state defense order;
- separate accounting and control of the targeted use of state budget funds;
- recommendations on the organization of the work of the enterprise at the conclusion and execution of state contracts (contracts) for the state;
- the practice of bringing to administrative and criminal responsibility for violations in the field of public health, etc.
