Over the past three years, it has decreased by almost 15%, Maxim Ovchinnikov, the first deputy director of the state corporation, said in an interview with Vedomosti
MOSCOW, February 15. /tass/. The volume of the Roscosmos loan portfolio is 92 billion rubles, Maxim Ovchinnikov, First Deputy Director General of the state corporation, said in an interview with Vedomosti newspaper.
"Thanks to a balanced credit policy and state support measures provided to defense industry enterprises in 2020, the consolidated loan portfolio of the state corporation has decreased by almost 15% over the past three years. At the end of 2019, it amounted to almost 107 billion rubles, at the end of 2020, its volume decreased to 87 billion rubles. At the beginning of 2022, it amounts to 92 billion rubles, which is due to the need to attract targeted loan funds for the execution of contracts," he said.
Ovchinnikov explained that in some cases, the state corporation and its enterprises are forced to additionally finance work that cannot be implemented within the specified time frame under sanctions. "Of course, in the end, all this creates prerequisites for the growth of the credit burden of the industry, but we keep it under full control. Banks trust us," he added.
