Defense Ministry: gunners launched missile strikes on the "enemy" at the exercises "Allied Determination"
The Ministry of Defense of Russia reported that consolidated divisions of gunners from Russia and Belarus within the framework of the exercises "Allied Determination-2022" struck the positions of a conditional enemy. They write about it " Izvestia ".
The maneuvers took place at the Osipovichsky training ground in the Mogilev region of Belarus. It is clarified that the calculations of multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) made a march to the designated areas, took unprepared firing positions as soon as possible and fired a volley at the area of concentration of an illegal armed formation.
The ministry noted that MLRS fire control, target reconnaissance and visual surveillance were carried out using unmanned aerial vehicles. Also during the exercises, the military trained the change of combat positions.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that Su-35s fighters hit targets at the Allied Resolve exercises. The planes also performed air patrols along the border of the Union State.
