At the exhibition and forum of civil aviation infrastructure, the National Airport Infrastructure Show (NAIS-2022) presented the appearance of various versions of the promising LMS-901 "Baikal".
On February 9-10, the NAIS-2022 exhibition was held in Moscow, where a flight sample of the Baikal, which made its first flight on January 30, was presented.
The chief designer of the aircraft Vadim Demin held a presentation, told about the main features of the machine. Particular attention is drawn to the demonstration of the appearance of different versions of the LMS-901.

In the images, you can see passenger/cargo and parachute variants, amphibious and ski landing gear aircraft, as well as medical evacuation and agricultural variants.
The fact that Baikal will be able to land on snow and water, TASS reported on February 9. The appearance of the new versions of the car was not shown then.
The aircraft is being created as a replacement for the famous Soviet An-2, nicknamed "Cornhusker". Today, this aircraft is obsolete. Russia plans to produce from 30 to 50 "Baikal" per year. Experts estimated the Russian state order market for LMS-901 at 300 cars by the end of the decade.
