TSAMTO, February 9. Russian Helicopters Holding of Rostec State Corporation will take part in the ninth National Exhibition of Civil Aviation Infrastructure NAIS 2022, which will be held in Moscow on February 9-10.
At the holding's stand, guests and participants of the exhibition will be able to get acquainted with the medical version of the Ansat helicopter and the unmanned aerial vehicle of the helicopter type – BAS-200.
The lightweight multipurpose Ansat with a medical module is designed to transport one patient accompanied by two medical workers. The helicopter is equipped with the equipment necessary to monitor the patient's condition and maintain basic vital functions during the flight. The use of helicopters to deliver patients to medical institutions makes it possible to ensure prompt evacuation of victims and observe the rule of the "golden hour– - the provision of qualified medical care in the first 60 minutes after the incident significantly increases the patient's chances of survival.
One of the novelties of NAIS 2022 will also be a helicopter-type UAV BAS-200. The aircraft can be used to perform a wide range of aviation operations: terrain monitoring, cargo delivery, search and rescue and agricultural work. The maximum take-off weight of the drone is 200 kg. It reaches speeds of up to 160 km/h and can carry a commercial load weighing up to 50 kg. At the same time, the BAS-200 is capable of flying for up to 4 hours at altitudes up to 3900 m.
The development of the BAS-200 project and the flight tests of the drone are carried out by the National Helicopter Building Center "Miles and Kamov". Specialists of the NCB "Miles and Kamov" within the framework of the NAIS 2022 business program will hold a round table on February 9 "Business opportunities with the use of UAVs. Cases and prospects", where it is planned to discuss with industry experts and potential operators the current aspects of the development of the aviation services market using drones.
