TSAMTO, February 4. For the first time, the Military Training Center at the Ural Federal University (UrFU) received a cool simulator of the anti-aircraft missile and cannon complex "Pantsir-S".
This was announced by the head of the Department of Aerospace Forces of the military training center, Colonel Yuri Kupriyanov.
"Modern equipment with elements of automation of combat work processes is used to train future officers who have chosen a military accounting specialty through the air defense forces," Yu said.Kupriyanov.
He noted that the latest software will allow simulating a complex air and interference situation for conducting anti-aircraft combat with the calculation of the Pantsir-S missile defense system in the conditions of using modern and promising means of high-precision weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles.
With the help of the new training complex, future officers in the troops will be able to quickly enter the "rut" of military service, quickly prepare for control shooting at landfills and perform special tasks.
The simulator consists of six working modules. Each of them is equipped with seats for the commander of the combat vehicle and the operator. The monitors of the combat crew display the same information that the trainees will see and also hear while in the combat vehicle.
