TSAMTO, February 2. The next cycle of training and research activities of operators of the 1st Scientific Company of the Navy has begun in St. Petersburg.
The selection of candidates for the 1st Scientific Company of the Navy was held on a competitive basis from among the graduates of more than 200 leading technical higher educational institutions of the country.
The scientific company was formed in order to perform a set of scientific and applied tasks for the scientific justification of the construction, development and use of forces (troops) Navy, substantiation of requirements for the creation of advanced weapons, military and special equipment, as well as military-scientific support for the creation of samples of military equipment on the basis of the VUNTS of the Navy "Naval Academy". The scientific company is located at the Naval Polytechnic Institute of the VUNTS of the Navy "Naval Academy" in Pushkin.
Scientific research of the operators of the scientific company is carried out in 19 scientific directions. 26 doctors of sciences and 37 candidates of sciences take part in the organization of scientific activities of the operators of the scientific company.
From January 2021 to the present, the scientific company has carried out more than 35 research works, the results of which are implemented in the governing documents of the Navy, in the educational and scientific activities of the VUNC of the Navy.
Every year, the operators of the scientific company apply for patents for inventions and utility models, develop innovation proposals, apply for certificates of registration of computer programs, publish articles in scientific journals and collections, the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reports.
