Paris. January 27. INTERFAX - Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Dmitry Kozak said that all parties should be guided by the "Minsk agreements", and then there will be no need to support Donbass and Ukraine with weapons or finances.
"It is necessary to be guided by the Minsk agreements reached and resolve the conflict with these agreements. Then the grounds for support by representatives of Donbass and other part of Ukraine, whose support is due to this conflict, will disappear and there will be no need to arm, financially support both Ukraine and Donbass," Kozak told reporters after a meeting of political advisers of the Normandy format.
"After the conclusion of the Minsk agreements, the discussion of who supports whom is meaningless. It only aggravates the situation and leads to a deadlock in the negotiation process," he stressed.
According to him, interpreting the "Minsk agreements" in this way is "meaningless, counterproductive," and only complicates the negotiation process.
