Now the debt to creditors is 3.57 billion rubles. The largest of them are the structures of the state corporation itself, which are likely to receive the main asset — a four-story building on Tverskoy Boulevard with a market value of about 7 billion rubles.
TSNII EISU is part of the holding "Roselectronics", which is part of the GC "Rostec". The company was mainly engaged in the development of specialized software for government agencies, corporate segments of the economy and the military-industrial complex and robotics for the needs of the Ministry of Defense. One of the main software was the operating systems of the family "Dawn" and "Dawn", based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

The developments and the resulting intellectual property of the institute will be transferred to the profile enterprises of the holding to complete the projects. The Central Research Institute of EISU has about 20 patents for OS, geoinformation systems, facial recognition systems, database management and other software. The exclusive rights to the research of the Central Research Institute of EISU may well belong to the customer, and inventions under state contracts in the field of defense belong to the Russian Federation.
The Central Research Institute of EISU was founded in 1969. In 2014, he was subordinated to the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and joined Rostec. In October 2018, with a total amount of 3.57 billion rubles in penalties, a bankruptcy case was launched. A year later, outside supervision was introduced, but the loss for the year reached almost 800 million rubles. As part of the monitoring procedure, the Central Research Institute of EISU continued to carry out work on state contracts. But I have not participated in new tenders since 2018.
At the time of writing the article, nothing was answered to Habr's request on the situation in the Central Research Institute of EISU.
