Five major exercises are planned in the Central Military District in 2022 with air defense and missile launches.
This, according to RIA Novosti, was stated by the commander of the Central Military District, Alexander Lapin.
"Combat crews of anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) S-400 "Triumph", S-300 "Favorit" and anti-aircraft missile gun systems (ZRPC) "Pantsir-S" in 2022 will take part in five major exercises of the air defense forces," the report says.
About 2,000 military personnel from combat crews, command posts and management officers, as well as more than 500 units of weapons and military equipment will be involved in the exercises.
