The Central Research Institute of Economics, Informatics and Management Systems (CNII EISU) of Rostec in the process of bankruptcy will transfer its intellectual property to other enterprises of the state corporation. This was reported to TASS in Roselectronics, which is part of Rostec.
"The developments and the resulting intellectual property will be transferred to the profile enterprises of the holding to complete the projects," said Roselectronics, which includes the Central Research Institute of EISU.
On Monday, the Kommersant newspaper reported that the Central Research Institute of EISU was declared bankrupt on January 21. The Central Research Institute of EISU was engaged in the development of specialized software, operating systems of the "Dawn" and "Dawn" family based on Linux, as well as robotics for the needs of the Ministry of Defense.
The company's debt is 3.57 billion rubles, the largest creditors are the structures of the state corporation, which expect to receive its main asset - a four-story mansion on Tverskoy Boulevard with a market value of about 7 billion rubles.
"In the course of conducting the bankruptcy case, violations that could affect the course of the case were not identified. In this regard, the court's decision to start the bankruptcy management procedure became the next stage in the framework of the current legislation after the surveillance procedure that was introduced earlier," Roselectronics said.
The Central Research Institute of EISU was formed in 1969, in 2014 it was transferred to Rostec. The bankruptcy case was initiated in 2018.
