Russian President Vladimir Putin, congratulating on the 20th anniversary of the creation of the Tactical Missile Armament Corporation, noted that the company's staff makes a significant contribution to the development of the country's military-industrial complex and building up the combat power of the Armed Forces, the telegram was published on the Kremlin's website.
"The current staff of the Corporation continues the established labor traditions with dignity, makes a significant contribution to the development of the country's military-industrial complex, increasing the combat power of the Armed Forces. You always work thoroughly, with full dedication, boldly introduce unique technologies and innovative ideas, implement promising, truly breakthrough projects, produce high-quality, competitive products in demand in both the military and civilian spheres," the telegram says.
The Head of State also added that the Corporation, which traces its history back to the opening of the Union Plant No. 455 in Kostino near Moscow on June 3, 1942, is considered one of the largest domestic manufacturers of weapons and military equipment.
"Today, celebrating the anniversary of the corporation, you pay tribute to the deep gratitude to many generations of your predecessors - talented, dedicated people - scientists, designers, engineers, specialists - real, strong professionals," the president added.
