"The deeply modernized Nebo-T radar stations have been delivered to the troops of the Central Military District for the first time. In the coming days, they will take up combat duty in the regions of the Urals and the Volga region," the message says.
As noted in the press service, the stations are significantly superior to their analogues in terms of their tactical and technical characteristics. They are able to find and track aerodynamic and ballistic targets faster and with high accuracy within a radius of up to 600 km. The new radar stations will increase the combat capabilities of the air defense units of the Central Military District in the regions of the Volga region and the Urals.
