TSAMTO, January 17. Roselectronics Holding of Rostec State Corporation has completed the development of the Digital Production software platform for industrial enterprises.
The solution allows you to translate into "digital" key management processes, including the development of production plans, the formation of delivery schedules, control of the operation and condition of equipment.
The Digital Production platform includes subsystems "Technology", "Planning", "Monitoring and dispatching", "Management of regulatory and reference information" (MDM, Master Data Management). The solution uses end-to-end technologies such as VR and AR, as well as artificial intelligence and big data.
The subsystem "Technology" is designed to create and maintain technological documentation for the production of products and allows you to keep a digital passport of the production of a product, the development of single and standard technological processes, the formation of an end-to-end technological process of the enterprise. The subsystem "Planning" creates intra-shop and inter-shop production plans, schedules for the supply of materials and components, keeps records of the work performed. The Monitoring and Dispatching subsystem is built on the basis of the IIoT proprietary industrial Internet of Things platform.Istok. The solution collects information from sensors built into the equipment, allowing real-time monitoring of its operation and the condition of complex production lines
The software product was developed with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia as part of the program for the creation and development of high-tech products. In the structure of "Roselectronics", the project is implemented by the Scientific and Production Enterprise "Istok" named after Shokin.
