Moscow. January 14th. INTERFAX - Employees of the Zagorsk Optical and Mechanical Plant (ZOMZ) became participants in the corporate program "Breakthrough", within which they developed projects for an unmanned aerial vehicle and a universal writing device, the press service of the Shvabe holding, which includes the enterprise, reports.
"The training included several training blocks, including project work in small groups. The employees of ZOMZ attended a special course of interactive lectures with elements of discussion, following which they developed two projects of products taking into account all stages of their life cycles," the message said on Friday.
The work took place in two stages. At the first, a joint team with the participation of ZOMZ presented a universal writing device. And in the second round, she developed an unmanned aerial vehicle for transporting passengers in urban agglomerations. The project was evaluated by an expert jury and recognized as the best, the press service informs.
Konstantin Pertsev, Interim General Director of ZOMZ, notes that during the training, the company's employees gained experience in team interaction and were able to put their knowledge into practice.
"The victory of the design development, to which they made a significant contribution, is one of the illustrative examples of a high level of training and competence," said Pertsev, quoted by the press service.
