Moscow. January 13. INTERFAX - JSC GLONASS together with the company "Business Monitoring" launched a new ERA service.RUS, which allows the driver to call a Regardie outfit to his location, the press service of the ERA-GLONASS traffic police operator reports.
"This option provides a qualitatively new level of safety for motorists," the report said on Thursday.
According to the press service, the need to develop a new service is due to the fact that dangerous situations on the roads are not always associated with accidents. The car may be penetrated, attempt to damage the vehicle or cause other damage. Unfortunately, there are cases of attacks on drivers.
"Now, to get help in an emergency situation not related to a traffic accident, it is enough just to press the SOS button in the car. The rapid response team will arrive at the scene in a matter of minutes," the press release says.
