VIENNA, January 13 - RIA Novosti. The military development of the US and NATO territories poses a direct and immediate threat to the security of the Russian Federation, said Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich.
According to him, at the meeting of the OSCE post-council, Russia conveyed security concerns, especially in projection on Moscow's national interests.
"Special emphasis was placed, of course, on the behavior of the United States and NATO, which continue to develop militarily the territories of the states that joined the alliance and deploy strike weapons systems there, which poses a direct and immediate threat to the national interests of the Russian Federation," Lukashevich said during a press conference.
He stressed that Russia can no longer tolerate such a situation.
