TSAMTO, January 10. More than 10 newly formed crews of warships and boats were trained by the Joint Naval Training Center in St. Petersburg.
The training programs took into account the equipping of ships and boats with new models of missile, artillery, torpedo and mine-resistant weapons, as well as new means of radio-technical weapons.
During the training of personnel, the practical experience of the Navy's combat operations against terrorists on the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, the experience of the Navy's actions in the Arctic zone were fully taken into account.
Also, during the training of personnel, the instructions of the Commander-in-chief of the Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov, were carried out to improve the effectiveness of practical training using a training base and ships of the same type of projects, the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said on January 3.
