Draft agreement on security guarantees between Russia and the United States

The next round of talks on strategic stability between Russia and the United States will be held in Geneva on January 9 and 10. As part of the dialogue, the parties intend to discuss the draft agreement on security guarantees submitted by Moscow in December 2021.

This document provides for such important steps for our country as reducing the American nuclear presence abroad, refusing to further expand NATO to the east and joining the alliance of the former republics of the USSR.
