He believes that when Russia "comes to your home", then it is often difficult to get her to leave
Washington. January 7. INTERFAX - The United States is seeking to clarify why the Kazakh authorities have asked for the help of the CSTO to suppress the unrest, State Department Chief Anthony Blinken said on Friday.
"The Kazakh authorities have everything to deal with the protests on their own. Therefore, it is unclear why they needed outside help," he told reporters in Washington.
"We are keen to get more information about this," Blinken added.
He reiterated that the United States will monitor the actions of the CSTO forces and urged them not to violate human rights.
