The number of launches will increase when Russia begins to withdraw a multi-satellite orbital grouping, Dmitry Rogozin noted.
MOSCOW, December 31. /tass/. Roscosmos will be ready for the "launch boom" that is expected in the world in 2025-2026. This was announced by the general director of the state corporation Dmitry Rogozin during a conversation with members of the ISS crew.
He noted that the number of launches will increase two to three times when the Russian Federation begins to withdraw a multi-satellite orbital grouping. "But everyone notes this: and my European colleagues, with whom I spoke, say that in 2025-2026 there will be a launch boom. We must be ready for it in terms of offering the necessary number of missiles on the market. And we will be ready," Rogozin said.
In 2021, 25 successful launches of space rockets were carried out from the Baikonur, Vostochny, Plesetsk and Kourou cosmodromes in French Guiana.
