MOSCOW, December 27. /tass/. The Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of construction, architecture and urban planning on Monday.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu noted at the ceremony that joint activities with the Ministry of Construction are aimed "at creating an effective capital investment management system, improving the regulatory and methodological framework, ensuring operational information, analytical and organizational interaction.
According to him, "the development of the military and social infrastructure of the Armed Forces is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Defense. "The interaction of the military department with the Ministry of Construction plays a significant role in it, including in the implementation of the instructions of the head of state," Shoigu stressed.
In turn, the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin noted that active cooperation with the Ministry of Defense in the construction and operational commissioning of anti-cancer hospitals and other facilities is on the rise.
"The agreement signed today intensifies our joint work. Especially - cooperation in the field of improving the regulatory and methodological framework in order to make the "norm" as simple and effective as possible," said Fayzullin.
