TSAMTO, December 24. Rostec State Corporation PJSC UAC summed up the results of work for 2021 under the program "Mentoring for the managerial personnel reserve of UAC Group enterprises" implemented by the Personnel Management Department of the corporation.
The key objective of the program is to identify promising managers at UAC enterprises, develop and support them with leadership qualities, motivation, desire for professional achievements and self-realization in the aircraft industry.
The program consisted in the joint work of participants and mentors during the year on corporate projects.
The mentors were experienced senior managers, including General Designer – Deputy General Director of UAC Sergey Korotkov, Deputy Managing Director - Director of the Mikoyan Design Bureau of the RSC MiG Andrey Nedosekin, Deputy General Director - Executive Director of Irkut Corporation Vasily Prutkovsky and others.
At the start of the projects, reservists were invited to present project initiatives that should contribute to the implementation of the KLA strategy. During the year, the participants discussed them with their mentors, both in person and remotely, finalized and implemented their projects.
Summing up the results of the program, UAC CEO Yuri Slyusar thanked the reservists for their active participation in it, noting that working together on corporate projects is not only an opportunity to learn directly from senior managers, adopt their experience and knowledge, but also a great contribution to the development of the company, to strengthening the competitiveness of the Russian aircraft industry.
