"For a significant contribution to strengthening the country's defense capability and high professionalism shown in solving tasks of special national importance, to award the title of Hero of the Russian Federation to Boris Viktorovich Obnosov, General Director of the Tactical Missile Armament Corporation Joint Stock Company," the decree says.
Boris Viktorovich Obnosov was born in Moscow on January 26, 1953. On March 13, 2003, he was approved for the position of General Director of the Tactical Missile Armament Corporation. Obnosov is the general designer of aviation weapons of destruction. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor.
