The President was also shown the use of UAVs in the air.
As stated, the UAVs were purchased at the expense of the republican budget and will be used to ensure the defense and security of the country, including the protection of state borders.
As reported by TSAMTO, on October 21, the chairman of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiyev first announced the purchase of Bayraktar TB2. During this period, the assembly of UAVs and training of personnel have already taken place in Turkey. It was assumed that the delivery of the UAV would be completed in the near future.
The purchase of UAVs is explained by the need to ensure control of the situation on the borders of Kyrgyzstan with Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. The duration of the UAV flight is up to 27 hours, the payload weight is up to 150 kg, the range in the line of sight is up to 150 km.
