KIEV, Dec 16 - RIA Novosti. Ukraine has initiated a process of negotiations with partners in the Black Sea region to increase the number of exercises, President Vladimir Zelensky said after talks with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
"Ukraine has initiated a negotiation process with partners in the Black Sea region to increase confidence, increase the number of exercises and training facilities. We hope that this initiative will find a response from our partners, because the security of the Black Sea region is our common interest," Zelensky said at a press conference following the meeting with Stoltenberg.
