MOSCOW, Dec 14 - RIA Novosti. NATO members from Eastern Europe, as well as the United Kingdom, will seek to ensure that there is no dialogue with Moscow on security guarantees, Russian Ambassador to London Andrey Kelin said.
"Eastern Europeans ... they will undoubtedly seek to ensure that there is no conversation (on security guarantees - ed.) with Russia," he said on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
According to him, the UK will also take "one of the most extreme positions" on preventing a dialogue on security guarantees with the Russian Federation on this issue.
