"Today, the complex is already quite seriously ready for mass production. I would like to add that in the near future we will already conclude a serial contract for the supply of these machines [S-70 "Hunter" drones]. These machines are still test vehicles, but within six months we will conclude a serial contract ahead of the delivery of these unmanned vehicles," he said.
The S-70 drone developed at the Sukhoi Design Bureau is made according to the "flying wing" scheme using stealth technology, which reduces its radar visibility. The Hunter took to the air for the first time on August 3, 2019.
On Tuesday, the first flight model of the Hunter was rolled out at the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant named after V. P. Chkalov. The second flight copy is at the stage of assembly production.
