The Central Research Institute of Precision Engineering (TSNIITOCHMASH) has fulfilled the first export contract for the supply of a new generation sports pistol RG120 "Aspid".
The RG 120 can be used in a standard practical shooting class, the RG 120-1 modification can be used in a lightweight, collimator sight, the Central Research Institute said. The modified "Asp" is distinguished by the absence of an external fuse flag. According to the developers, a gun without protruding parts gets out of the holster faster. Also, the RG 120-1 is equipped with a sight attachment point.
The Aspid pistol is a civilian modification of the army self-loading 9 mm Boa pistol. The weapon has been certified and is available in several versions with magazines of various capacities, for 18 and 22 rounds.
