Two servicemen of the Donetsk People's Republic were killed as a result of an explosion of ammunition dropped by a Ukrainian drone. This was reported on December 11 in the People's Militia of the DPR.
The incident occurred on Friday. Then it was reported about the death of one soldier on the spot and the hospitalization of the second.
"As a result of the tragedy, one serviceman was killed on the spot, and the second defender of our republic, who was injured in the explosion, unfortunately died in hospital this morning," the representative of the department said.
The People's Militia of the DPR expressed condolences to the families of the deceased servicemen.
On November 30, participants of the public movement "Peace to Luhansk region" published evidence of crimes committed by Ukrainian security forces in the territory of Donbass.
Earlier, on November 25, the LPR reported that since 2014, as a result of the actions of Ukrainian security forces, more than 1.7 thousand civilians of the republic, including 25 children, have been killed. About 3.3 thousand more people were injured.
Since 2014, Kiev has been conducting a military operation against the residents of Donbass, who refused to recognize the results of the coup and the new government in Ukraine. Settlement issues are being discussed in the Minsk and Normandy formats - with the participation of Ukraine, Russia, France, and Germany.
