BAIKONUR /Kazakhstan/, December 8. /tass/. Dmitry Rogozin, Director General of Roscosmos, said that he plans to visit Japan in 2022 at the invitation of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
"I plan to visit Japan in 2022, I have an invitation from JAXA," Rogozin said.
According to the head of the state corporation, he plans to visit JAXA, the government of Japan and discuss joint cooperation.
The Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle was launched on Wednesday from the 31st site of Baikonur at 10:38 Moscow time. TASS correspondent cosmonaut Alexander Misurkin, Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa and his business assistant Yozo Hirano went into orbit on it. The duration of the ship's flight will be 12 days. Misurkin, Maezawa and Hirano will return to Earth on the morning of December 20.
