MOSCOW, December 6. /tass/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law providing for a uniform approach to the mechanism for issuing permits for the construction and commissioning of space infrastructure facilities. The document is published on the official portal of legal information.
According to the previous regulation, Roscosmos was not entitled to issue these permits for space infrastructure facilities that are outside the jurisdiction of the state corporation and its subordinate organizations.
Now the problem will be solved by granting the state corporation such powers in relation to all space infrastructure facilities. These measures will speed up the construction and commissioning of relevant facilities.
The implementation of the provisions of the law will contribute to the achievement of the goals of the corporation's activities and the implementation of the activities of the state program of the Russian Federation "Space Activities of Russia", it was noted in the explanatory note.
