"According to sociologists, over the past 2-3 years there has been a sharp increase in interest in our cosmonautics in Russian society. They look at us, they expect results from us, we are obliged to give these results. These results should be convincing," Rogozin said at the ceremony of awarding the Gagarin Prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of space activities in 2021.
The head of Roscosmos also appealed to the award winners to attract young people. "I want to appeal to you, to our gurus, pay attention to our youth, pull them up, because they are the guarantee that our cosmonautics will forever develop, progressively develop," he said.

The Gagagrin Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of space activities has been awarded every five years since 2001. This year the award ceremony is being held at the Cosmonautics and Aviation Center at VDNH.
