Washington. November 28. INTERFAX - SpaceX's Dragon cargo spacecraft will deliver supplies and fuel to the International Space Station (ISS) on December 21, NASA announced on Sunday.
The launch of the Commercial Cargo Delivery Program (CRS) mission to the ISS by NASA and SpaceX is scheduled for 5:06 on the East Coast of the United States (13:30 Moscow time).
According to the plan, Dragon will travel to the station on a Falcon-9 launch vehicle from launch complex 39A of the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
It is expected that the ship will dock at the station on December 22 at about 4:30 (12:30 Moscow time) on the East Coast and will stay there for a month.
The "truck" will deliver various supplies, food and scientific experiments to the station, including research on the cultivation of protein crystals for the development of cancer drugs and a portable bioprinter with which you can "print" skin tissue directly into the wound for accelerated healing.
