The Israeli company Elbit Sistems has introduced a new military ground-based robotic complex (NRK) 6×6 Rook ("Rook"). According to the manufacturer, the NRK was developed jointly with Roboteam (Israel) and designed as a multifunctional platform. According to the company, the design of the product took into account the experience of working with the PROBOT 4×4 system.

According to Elbit Sistems, the "Rook" can deliver supplies, evacuate the wounded, carry out reconnaissance missions using a sensor station or be used as a remotely controlled means of destruction after the installation of a combat module.
The system is controlled by a remote control. At the same time, it is also able to move along the route in offline mode. In addition, according to the company, the ground-based robotic complex can independently follow a person using the "tracking" function. In addition, it is also possible to form a convoy of several NRCS that can reach waypoints independently of each other.
With a Rook's own weight of 1200 kg, it carries an equal payload (1200 kg), has a ground clearance of 24 cm and a hybrid power system from batteries and an additional internal generator. The company indicates the working time is 8 hours, and the maximum speed is 30 km/h.
